Currently we’ve been engaged to identify and evaluate an Elite VIDEO SOLUTIONS, ENTERPRISE SALES EXECUTIVE responsible for selling an innovative and broad portfolio of enterprise IP/Network Video security products – focused on driving revenue growth and geographic expansion with strategic End-user clients and select channel partners throughout an established MID-ATLANTIC REGION (Virtual Hub). This Business Development catalyst will implement targeted plans and initiatives across lines of business to ensure Annual Operating Targets and Corporate Revenue Goals are achieved – building and leveraging key relationships with C-level End-users to identify and drive need generation to ensure new product adoption and market share capture.


Background and Experience:

-  Utilize a multi-faceted approach to drive and influence new business opportunities within targeted Channel Partners and select End-user accounts throughout the territory.

-  Identify and pursue new video solutions opportunities, leveraging relationships with key decision makers.

-  Evangelize value proposition within key accounts to meet specific client needs and custom video solutions.

-  Identify, participate and support internal and external sales conferences and events to build product awareness to existing and prospective clients, cultivating qualified leads.

-  Engage with regional, national and global Value-Added Resellers (VAR’s) to develop new market share capture.

-  Search for new markets to expand the current product portfolio’s reach.

-  Internally collaborate, leverage and promote other business units, expanding the organizations broader product portfolio and capabilities throughout the region.

-  Collaborate with other business leaders and engineering teams to identify and align on key project opportunities.

-  Align with inside sales, customer services, technical support and training teams to ensure efforts will result in maximum growth and customer loyalty.

-  Assist other Product Lines regarding Video Solutions sales, driving confidence with targeted stakeholders.

-  Share best practices – leading local and key account sales teams in capturing new Video project opportunities.


Qualities, Key Attributes:

  • BA/BS degree with 5–7+ years sales experience or MA/MS degree with 3–5+ years sales experience preferred.
  • Strong track record of leading and growing sales in the commercial security market.
  • Demonstrated success managing a complex and sophisticated sales cycle that translates into key account wins.
  • Large account development and high-level selling ability and background.
  • Knowledge of Video sales into key accounts and vertical markets within an established region.
  • Strong relationship building, strategic selling and follow-up skills with C-level channel partners and end-users.
  • Ability to understand complex integrated systems, and how Video solutions interact with other security systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, persuasion and strategic prospecting skills.
