Job Description

Our client is a market leader in the design, development, and manufacture of a full suite of IP/Network Video products and solutions; this technology-driven innovator is one of the world’s leading providers of IP/Network video products and solutions globally. Their solutions support Critical Infrastructure, City and State, Government, Commercial, Transportation, Banking, Retail, K-12 and Higher-Ed strategic vertical markets (among others).

Currently we are in search of a Regional Sales Executive – Strategic Accounts whose core focus will be to drive Key Integrator/Dealer Partner Account Growth throughout an established GTA and OTTAWA REGION.

➢ 7+ years of sales management and business development experience within the Security Industry segment.
➢ Act as primary contact for Platinum and Gold Integrator Partners within the GTA & Ottawa Region.
➢ Proactively manage dealer/integrator relationships by setting and executing all sales strategies in order to increase market share and territory expansion.
➢ Consultative sales and relationship building with major decision makers at all channel and target customer levels.
➢ Support local requests from key account partners to visit potential end users regarding new opportunities.
➢ Conduct quarterly business reviews and monthly pipeline reviews with Platinum and Gold Partners in territory.
➢ Develop business plans for Platinum and Gold partners in assigned territory.
➢ Account management leadership to develop and maintain an elite group of Integrator/Dealer accounts, capturing maximum revenue potential/market share per account.
➢ Management of territory metrics including monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals, expenses, product mix/contribution etc.
➢ Prepare targeted and strategic product demos and presentations to position new offerings and/or capabilities.
➢ Participate in trade shows at national and local level.
➢ Work autonomously, as well as a part of a team from a remote location.

✓ Interface and collaboratively work with other departments on all new business and sales opportunities in region.
✓ Ability to analyze and identify target prospects, plan and implement a systematic sales development strategy.
✓ Build strong relationships with customers at various functional levels to prospect and close new business.
✓ Polished presentation skills – product knowledge and follow-up at management and technical staff levels for the successful closing of new business objectives, demonstrating exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
✓ Self-directed, managing daily tasks and activities by communicating customer needs to in-house engineering staff.
