Currently we’re evaluating candidates for a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR, ENTERPRISE ACCOUNTS responsible for setting new customer acquisition and revenue growth strategies focused on building and leveraging C-level relationships with the largest most prominent Fortune 500/1000 National and International accounts. This sales leader will implement targeted plans across lines of business to ensure new customer acquisition and corporate revenue goals are achieved, capturing new market share within national/multi-national accounts – driving a robust and high-end portfolio of enterprise security products and solutions to the most sought-after End-user clients and Ecosystem partners worldwide.

Background and Experience:

ü  Utilize a multi-faceted approach to drive and influence new enterprise business opportunities and manage National/Multi-National end-user accounts.

ü  Identify and pursue new strategic account opportunities, developing C-level relationships with key client decision-makers.

ü  Evangelize value proposition within key strategic accounts to meet specific client needs and custom solutions.

ü  Identify, participate and support internal and external sales conferences and voice-of-customer events to build product awareness to existing and prospective clients, cultivating qualified leads.

ü  Engage with regional, national and global Value-Added Resellers (VAR’s) to develop new account opportunities.

ü  Search for new markets to expand the current products portfolio’s reach, and increase new business opportunities.

ü  Manage major accounts, maintaining C-level Security and IT management relationships as well as key partnerships with VAR’s and End-users as the "Face of the Product and Organization".

ü  Internally collaborate, leverage and promote other business units, countries and regions to expand footprint of the organizations broader product portfolio and capabilities.

ü  Collaborate with other business leaders and engineering teams to identify and align on large project opportunities.

ü  Align with inside sales, customer services, technical support and training teams to ensure efforts will result in maximum growth and customer loyalty.

ü  Assist other Product Lines within international regions and collaboratively manage major global opportunities.

ü  Share best practices and help international region, local and key account sales teams to coordinate project opportunities that originate outside of the North American region.

Qualities, Key Attributes:

  • BA/BS degree with 6–10+ years of experience. MA/MS degree with 4–7+ years of experience preferred.
  • A strong track record in leading and growing the sales function in the commercial security market, as well as managing a complex and sophisticated sales cycle that translates into key account wins.
  • Strong large account development and high level selling background.
  • Knowledge of the major accounts and vertical markets in their region and established key industry relationships.
  • Strategic selling and follow-up skills at the executive level.
  • Comprehensive understanding of integrated systems.

Excellent communication, persuasion and strategic prospecting skills.
