Customer Service Representative

Seeking an experienced customer service representative. This customer service position requires outstanding customer service skills, excellent communication abilities (verbal and written) and attention to detail. The customer service team will provide daily support in the contact center, coordinating service for our clients and their customers.
• Build trusted customer relationships with clients
• Serve as the first point of contact for all general inquires
• Provide callers with requested information
• Answer inquiries from shippers and recipients
• Communicate customer service ideas and/or issues with the sales team
• Additional duties as assigned
• Must have flexibility
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Must have high energy
• Ability to problem solve and deliver exceptional customer service
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a customer service call center is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
