Primary Responsibilities

This position will answer all inbound calls and ensure that the customer service levels meet expectations.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage a large amount of inbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Identify the customer’s needs, clarify the information and route the calls to the appropriate staff.
  • Follow up on a customer’s call if necessary.
  • Document call information as needed and notify appropriate staff.
  • Recognize and alert supervisor of trends in customer/staff calls.
