Our team of tenured staff offers personalized solutions to our clients for all their staffing needs. We offer solutions for temporary, temp-to-hire, direct hire, and executive level positions. Our mission is to help companies meet their goals for each hire by recruiting the most qualified and talented staff available. We have a proven track record of client satisfaction for more than 30 years.
Fran founded Reitman Personnel in May 1988 at the age of 48. Previously, she recruited for an international staffing firm and built a highly successful temporary division for a direct hire firm.
Her career spans finance, education and human resources in the healthcare field. She has developed Reitman into a leading boutique staffing service with local and international clients. In 2003 she founded the Reitman Management & Leadership Institute offering consultation, training and educational seminars to clients and candidates.
Fran has served as Chair on several community boards and committees. She is the recipient of numerous awards and has been a frequent speaker in the community.
Anthony joined Reitman in 1993 after completing his degree from SCSU in Health Education. He began his career working in the temp division and expanded into direct hire to serve the broad spectrum of Reitman’s clients' needs. It is his passion for understanding and getting deeply entrenched with his clients' business needs that separates Anthony and Reitman from their competitors. Currently Anthony still manages a base of customers while managing and developing the Reitman staff. Coaching and developing have always been in his blood. To this day he still enjoys coaching at the youth level even without a son involved in the program.
Anthony has served as Chair of the Branford Chamber of Commerce, has won numerous community service awards and often speaks about staffing on local radio and TV.
Howard joined Reitman in 1992 after a successful career as a Healthcare Administrator. He has a Masters of Social Work from Hunter College and a Masters of Science in Administrative Medicine from Columbia University School of Public Health.
Howard is Honorary Board member and served as Vice Chair of Leeway Inc. (serving people with HIV/AIDS), as well as other community boards and committees. Howard is a frequent speaker on job search and career development.
Kevin joined Reitman in 1997. A graduate of Eastern Connecticut State University with a BS in Business Management, he is a member of multiple electronic security industry organizations, including the Connecticut Alarm and Systems Integrators Association and serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce.
With the launch of REITMAN SECURITY SEARCH in 1999, Kevin established Reitman as the electronic security industry's leading recruiting resource. Recognized as a key influencer in the space, the division has built strategic relationships with Fortune 100 and early-stage, aggressive-growth clientele throughout the US and Canada. They include some of the industry's most prominent manufacturers, distributors and a wide range of system integrators. Kevin's local and Security Search practice reflects executive-level partnerships and includes senior executive/strategic, sales management, engineering and technical recruitments.
Kevin coaches a number of youth sports teams in his hometown and volunteers at community events. Kevin is blessed with a great sense of humor which he shares with all.
Christen joined Reitman in 1998. Her amazing organizational skills enable her to manage all administrative, bookkeeping and computer functions and have consistently and significantly supported and contributed to Reitman's success. She also assists Anthony and supports our other recruiters in our candidate placement process.
Cindy joined Reitman in 2010. She is a graduate of Temple University with a BA in Communications. Cindy successfully places temporary and direct hire staff throughout Connecticut. Her compassionate style and consultative approach helps hundreds of clients solve staffing problems of varying complexity.
Marcia joined Reitman in 2014 and has successfully developed and served numerous new clients during her tenure. She offers excellent customer service and the ability to provide support to clients with all of their staffing requirements. She excels at finding talented individuals for some very difficult openings.
She is a graduate of University of New Haven and has a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice.
Brandon joined Reitman in December 2015. With his many years’ experience in human resources and customer service he successfully sources and evaluates top talent for our clients. Known for this unique skill and a charismatic personality he offers positive results to all who work with him. Brandon is a graduate of Paralegal Studies and possesses good analytical problem solving ability.
Ana joined Reitman in 2018. She is an all around assistant to all our staff. Her bi-lingual capability is invaluable, and she excels at assisting recruiters, clients and candidates on a daily basis.
Lisa joined Reitman in February 2018 after many years running a small business. She is responsible for processing payroll and she assists Christen (Office Manager) with various other projects. Lisa is a graduate of the University of Minnesota degreed in Art History. She is currently the President of the Saint John Home and School Association and is actively involved in her two sons extracurricular activities. We value her contribution to our success.
