Job Description:
Our client is a textile processor in Connecticut catering to the industrial and high spec apparel markets. They are looking for a person with strong financial and production experience to manage all aspects of this “job shop” environment. This will include not only supervising all administrative functions, but analyzing all costs in order to: • reduce costs • reduce bottlenecks • increase throughput • determine true cost for each product

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will come from a production/job shop environment, be a roll up your sleeves, hard working / fast working executive, who is able to motivate and communicate within a multi level employee environment, and is looking for a challenging opportunity to bring energy and new ideas to an old line production facility.
