Job Description:
We are an Established Allstate Insurance Agency. Are you a Motivated Sales Professional? Do you have a proven track record of high-achievement in sales? We are looking for an experienced sales professional for our perennially award-winning property and casualty personal lines insurance agency. We have been in the business for over 30 years and we have the resources to work with you to create unlimited earning potential. Pay consists of a great base salary (not a draw), plus a uniquely aggressive commission schedule you simply will not find anywhere else. We also offer the future potential of a vested interest in your book of business.

Requirements:
Candidates must have a proven and documentable sales record. Organizational skills, proper phone etiquette, superb oral and written communication skills, and experience with customer relationship management systems and Microsoft Office are also necessary. A college degree and a Connecticut Property and Casualty insurance sales license are preferred.
