Job Description:
Our client, the world leader in capital equipment market for wire and tube bending machinery seeks a Regional Sales Manager for their Mid West Territory. This is a position with a prestigious name in the industry – “the Mercedes Benz” of their market. They plan to double their business in the next five years and have an aggressive strategy for growth. You will play a key role in this growth Your role will be to find ways to increase business throughout the Midwest states. Their clients are manufacturers involved in bending wire and tubing which could be businesses in the automotive industry to manufactures of consumer products such as eyeglass frames. What’s unique about their technology is their equipment is automated and be easily adapted to manufacture different products without buying very expensive customized tooling. This is a high value, consultative sales process. The equipment ranges from $200,000 to 1,000,000 in value.

Requirements:
Our client seeks proven sales leader, who’s had a five to ten years sales experience and an accomplished career in technical sales, ideally selling capital equipment to the industrial market. A four year Engineering Degree is a plus but not a must if there is sufficient industry experience. Flexibility to travel is REQUIRED. This is a very healthy and successful company and will give you the training and support you need to learn their business and market.
