Job Description:
Our client a global leader in electronic security systems and services is currently seeking a Marketing Manager. This individual will develop customer strategies for integrated solutions including intrusion, access control, software based security management systems and IP based services. The marketing manager will apply working knowledge of enterprise level security architecture, infrastructure design & configuration, network security and logical access security policies and practices as well as authentication and authorization strategies. This individual will be responsible for developing strategic marketing plans to maintain competitiveness in the marketplace.

Requirements:
Responsibilities: • The position is responsible for developing, setting and ensuring the attainment of divisional marketing goals and objectives for existing key commercial market segments with particular focus on new and emerging enterprise segments where the use of extranet strategies enable the delivery of remote services and where physical security and information security are converging. • Determines market requirements, develops customer value propositions, identifies and quantifies solutions, determines IT infrastructure and back office requirements, sets pricing strategies, develops lead generation programs and customer service programs. • Applies a strong comprehension of IT, networking technology and security related products as well as the market to maximize sales growth and profitability. • This role is responsible for developing customer requirement specifications, new product introductions, product line management and ongoing training and support for sales and national operations in accordance with ACE passport processes. • This position will work closely with SCM, Sales and Field Operations to ensure that all pricing, sales force effectiveness, field efficiency and quality level goals are achieved. Requirements: • Degree in Marketing or equivalent or relevant Engineering or Computer Science degree • Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing • MBA would be an asset • Technology based industry experience including information technology, telecommunications, networking, internet, information security and/or e-business • Working knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTPS, SRTP, VoIP, PKI, AES and or other communications and information security strategies • Working knowledge of intrusion, access control and digital video security technologies • Bilingual French/English would be an asset • Exceptional computing skills, Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, Access), and graphics capability
