Reitman Personnel was established in 1988 by Frances Reitman. Over the years Reitman Personnel has become recognized for its ability to serve a broad client base. Our success is based upon a rigorous application of our placement process and our commitment and professional practice.

Many candidates come to us by referral. Our recruiters network with clients and candidates on an ongoing basis and we maintain an extensive database. Reitman Personnel's successful recruitment process is based on obtaining the crucial information about our client's "goals for the hire" the position and the attractions associated with the position. This enables us to communicate a "statement of opportunity" (the real attraction of a job) to our candidates.

Q. Who will handle my search?
A Reitman Recruiter, whose expertise matches the requirements of the position, will be assigned to your account. He / She will partner with you in understanding your goals for the hire, the candidate profile you seek, the experience & educational requirements, and the urgency to fill the position. We will offer to visit your company to determine environmental fit as well.

Q. Do you personally meet and interview your candidates?
Yes, we meet most of all candidates we place. This is an effective way to determine the more subjective factors that meet your "goals for the hire".

Q. How soon can I expect results?
This depends on the specifications of the positions. Our recruiters will discuss a target hire date with you. We conduct a thorough search and interview process prior to presenting the most qualified candidate(s). We will establish interview times with you. We will inform you of our progress regularly.
