Frances Reitman, President

Fran founded Reitman Personnel, in 1988. She began her recruiting career with an international staffing service and then founded and built a temporary division for a direct hire firm. Today Reitman is a family run business.
Her career has taken her in many directions including nine years as a Human Resource Director, ten years as an educator and nine years in finance.
She is Past President of the Branford Chamber of Commerce and served as Secretary to the CT Association of Personnel Services. Fran is currently serving on the Board of Directors of the Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce. Her awards include the Branford Chamber of Commerce Val Karlawish Service Award, Volunteer of the Year Award and 2004 and 2007 Company of the Year. She is a member of The Lions Club and serves on the committees of various local and regional service organizations.
Fran founded and serves as President of the Reitman Management & Leadership Institute.
Howard Reitman, Vice President

Howard joined Reitman in 1992. He is largely responsible for supervision of executive and technical direct hires. Howard is a former Health Care Administrator.
He earned a Master of Social Work from Hunter College and a Master of Science in Administrative Medicine from Columbia University School of Public Health.
He serves on the Board of Directors of Leeway, Inc., the Branford Lion’s Club and the Branford Chamber of Commerce. He serves as chairperson of the Branford Chamber Legislative Affairs Committee and the Shoreline Chamber's Government Relations Committee.
Howard is instrumental in the continued development of the Reitman Management and Leadership Institute.
Anthony Avallone, Managing Partner

Anthony joined Reitman Personnel in 1993 upon graduating from Southern CT State University. He manages the daily operation of the temporary division and the sales staff while simultaneously placing temporary, permanent and executive level candidates at a full-time pace.
He is past President of the Professional Business Association and was a “40 Under 40” honoree in 2001. He serves as Chairman of the Branford Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and oversees Chamber Committees. He is the 2004 recipient of the Branford Chamber of Commerce Volunteer of the Year Award and 2007 Val Karlawish Award.
He is instrumental in the management of the Reitman Management and Leadership Institute.
Christen Gagliardi, Office Manager

Christen joined Reitman Personnel in 1998. Christen manages the support staff and is the Computer Network Administrator. She also handles payroll and other bookkeeping functions and is the assistant to the President.
Grace Cox, Senior Staffing Specialist

Grace joined Reitman Personnel in 1993. As Staffing Specialist of Reitman’s Temporary Division, she founded the light industrial division. With over 20 years experience in the staffing industry, she places administrative, industrial, and management level staff. She is a member of the Human Resources Association, New Haven Manufacturers Association and the Guilford Kiwanis Club.
Kevin Spagone, Reitman Security Search Director, Sales/Marketing Recruiter

Kevin joined Reitman Personnel in 1997. Kevin partners with security firms nationally performing senior executive, sales management, engineering, and technical recruiting. Locally, Kevin serves a broad range of business sectors including Sales/Marketing and Healthcare and Science. A graduate of Eastern Connecticut State University with a BS in Business Management, Kevin began his staffing career in Manhattan prior to joining Reitman Personnel. Kevin is a member of the Connecticut Alarm and Systems Integrators Association (CASIA).
Jamal Jimerson, Professional Recruiter

Jamal joined Reitman in 2008. His background is in the non-profit and education industries, creating and implementing programs for at-risk youth and recruiting urban scholars to regional independent schools. He earned a BA in communications at the University of Bridgeport and received his MA in Business Communications with a concentration in Organizational Leadership & Influence from Jones International University. At Reitman, Jamal sources and provides qualified candidates to Reitman's senior recruiters and assists in the candidate development process.
